By placing an order with Creative Trunk, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Order Confirmation

Orders are processed only after confirmation and successful payment as per the agreed terms.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

2. Payments

Full payment or the agreed advance payment must be successfully credited to Creative Trunk's bank account before order processing.
Creative Trunk shall not be responsible for any delay, failed transaction, pending payment, or payment not credited to our account due to banking, gateway, or customer-related issues.
Orders may be delayed, put on hold, or cancelled until payment is successfully received.

3. Product Customization

All products are manufactured based on the specifications provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for verifying artwork, spellings, sizes, colors, and order details before final approval.

4. Intellectual Property

Customers warrant that they own or are authorized to use all logos, artwork, trademarks, and designs submitted for customization.
Creative Trunk shall not be liable for any intellectual property disputes arising from customer-provided content.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Creative Trunk is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Creative Trunk's liability shall be limited to the value of the order. Under no circumstances shall Creative Trunk be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of its products or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
